CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Failure to notify us of your absence will be considered a no-call, no-show, and the full deposit will be forfeited. Future bookings may require full prepayment. Deposits are transferable one time only. Any additional changes or rescheduling requests will result in the loss of the deposit. We encourage guests to manage their appointments through our online booking system. If you are unable to make changes online, you must contact us directly for assistance. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to respecting our time and the experience of our clientele.
